Federal Land, Inc. celebrates another milestone with the topping-off ceremony of the Four Season Riviera Peony Tower. The event marks the structural completion of the third tower of the development — a testament to Federal Land’s commitment to providing well-built living spaces, wellness amenities, and an auspicious address that brings good opportunities to more homeowners in Binondo, Manila.
