Following last year’s triumphant debut of Elorde The Flash Run: Run Like A Champ, it became evident that the battling spirit lives on well beyond the boxing ring. Building on that success, Elorde The Flash Run proudly returns with a new edition.
The event will take place on May 31, 2026, at Central Park in Filinvest City, Alabang. It will be divided into five categories: 21K, 16K, 10K, 5K, and 3K. It welcomes both experienced runners and first-timers to compete in a race inspired by the heart of a great champion.
True to MNL City Run’s objective, The Flash Run 2026 goes above and beyond competition. It is a platform for significant impact, as a portion of sales will benefit its charity partner, the Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation. This non-profit organization, which was a prior charity partner of the run’s inception in 2025, attempts to offer access to education for children in isolated and impoverished places by providing boats to get them to school.
This demonstrates that, at its foundation, being a champion is about more than just winning; it’s about making an impact.
