Recipe of the Day: Sopas
Ingredients & Preparation
1 tub (250 g) Magnolia Chicken Timplados All Around Chicken Pangsahog
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 can (340 g) evaporated milk
½ cabbage, sliced
1 pc carrot, small sized, diced
1½ cup elbow macaroni
6-8 cups water
3-4 pcs hotdog, sliced
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
1-2 cubes chicken bouillon
1 pc (100 g) chicken liver (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

 

Procedure:

  1. In a wok/casserole, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté the Magnolia All-Around Pangsahog, hotdog & chicken liver* for 4-5 minutes until meat becomes brown in color.
  2. Add the carrots, celery & cabbage and continue to sauté for 2-3minutes.
  3. Pour the water and let it boil. Then put the macaroni & cook for 9-10 minutes (depending on cooking guide).
  4. Pour the evaporated milk while stirring. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
